2 Weeks in Arequipa!

Well, my counterpart is out of the office today so I've been enjoying this view all morning:

Work is slow, my counterpart is busy with her own projects and we're slowing getting through the onboarding process so I can get started on things. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and friendly so can't complain about that! BUT, I updated the work page so you can read more about the plans there.

Made some friends in a running group and more in a language exchange group! Keith, Jacob, and I found an apartment and are moving in around the first week of November. Things are good! Went rafting last weekend and might be going mountain biking this weekend, who knows.

Anyway, I dunno what to put in these posts and it feels silly to act like I'm writing to an audience. Thanks for reading?

  2. You ARE writing to an audience, and this is great! Keep sharing details of your life, and differences you are seeing between life there and in USA. 😘
